The Life of a School Nurse? Busy

According to the article, the recession may have reduced a national nursing shortage and not all schools employ registered nurses. In addition to that, another problem for schools is limited budgets.

Right now, as schools prepare to begin a new year, one concern is the H1N1 virus, often called swine flu. These urge local officials to balance the risk of flu in their communities with the problems that school dismissals could cause. The hope is to keep schools open. But if any schools do have to close, then the hope is to keep children learning through phone calls or over the Internet.

In my opinion, the government should not reduce the number of school nurse and budget for H1N1 virus because health makes the students intelligent. Learning through phone calls or over the Internet is not good way to learn, so the government should increase budget and the number of school nurse to improve education.
